INVITATION LETTER

GENERAL INFORMATION

Italy is a member state of the European Union and a member of the Schengen Area.

All international visitors from non-EU countries must present a valid passport when entering and may be required to have a valid Visa.

Please refer to the following websites to check if you require a visa to enter the European Union:

If you need a visa, we recommend applying for a Schengen Visa at the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country at least two months before the intended travel date to Italy.

INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION

If you need an official invitation in order to attend the Conference, you may request it by filling this letter with your personal data: name the file by your family name and send it to ecm34@sistemacongressi.com by Friday, May 31, 2024. Invitation letters with modified invitation text will not be accepted.

No changes or corrections can be made by the Organizing Committee. If your invitation letter contains incorrect data, you will need to send the letter again.

In your cover letter, please explain your interest in the conference.

If you are a paper presenter or an invited speaker, simply mention it.

what happens next?

The invitation letter will be sent to you by email with an attached pdf file. Invitations will NOT be sent BY FAX neither to you nor to the relevant embassy. If you would like to receive a hard copy of the invitation letter via courier/shipping agent, please contact a courier service by your own means.

The processing time takes up to 10 working days and CANNOT by shortened. Please check your spam folder before contacting us for undelivered invitations.

Please note that the invitation letter will only be sent to delegates who have already paid their registration fee.

In case of visa refusal, the amount paid for registration is refundable. However, to process the refund, applicants must provide proof of the visa refusal, along with an administrative fee of EUR 50.
